Will There Be a Government Shutdown in 2011?

Democrats are fanning fears of a possible government shutdown in 2011 on the belief that they would benefit politically.
Already, both parties are positioning the other to take the blame if a shutdown happens.

Senate Democrats said that if there is a government shutdown after funding runs out on March 4, it will be the fault of House Republicans.
What is your opinion, will there be a government shutdown in 2011?

Shutting down the Government in 2011 is not the answer. This excessive spending has been over a period of time and became a problem when President Bush was in office.
The Obama administration is still hoping a shutdown isn't necessary. The White House is hoping to reach an agreement with lawmakers before it happens.

People depend on Social Security and other government programs. For some, it is the only way they can eat, keep a roof over their heads and buy their prescription medications. A government shutdown will be devastating for these people.
Still, there are long-standing contingency plans in place to deal with a government shutdown if one could not be avoided.
