Daylight Savings Time 2010 Fall?

Every Spring we move our clocks one hour during the night and each Fall we move our clocks again.
Since fall is approaching and is just days away, when should I change my clock and what should I do? Should I move my clock one hour ahead or one hour back?
This confuses me every year. Can someone explain to me Daylight Savings Time for fall 2010?

People are confused as to when to turn their clocks forward and back. The date changes every year. Contrary to popular belief, it is not called Daylight "Savings" Time, but just Daylight Saving Time without the s.

The dates have changed, but the process remains the same.
As of 2007, Daylight Savings Time was extended for an extra month. That means that we "Spring Forward" in March instead of April, and "Fall Backwards" in November, instead of October.

The change to Daylight Saving Time allows us to use less energy in lighting our homes by taking advantage of the longer and later daylight hours.
