My father said that there is something in the milk we drink everyday, cats can't digest is this true?

Cats lack the digestive enzymes to break down the lactose (sugars) present in milk. Therefore, it can cause digestive upset, diarrhea and vomiting.
Cow's milk does nothing to meet a cat's nutritional needs. If a cat was fed only milk, it would not be able to survive.
