Eric Stoltz in Back to the Future Scenes & Footage?

Marty McFly, the protagonist in the Back to the Future films played by Michael J. Fox, was originally cast for Eric Stoltz. Why didn't we know about this before?
Eric Stoltz played the role of the McFly character in Back to the Future five weeks into the original movieís shooting.
But for some reason he was fired and they called Michael.

Why did Michael J. Fox replace Eric Stoltz as Marty Mcfly in the Back to the Future movie? Where can I watch the scenes Eric Stoltz made for the movie?

After deciding that Eric Stoltz just wasn't right for the part of Marty McFly, producers stopped the production and recast the role with Michael J. Fox. The footage with Eric Stoltz has never been released, until now as the film reaches its 25th anniversary.

Zemeckis, the director, said he had done five weeks of shooting with Eric Stoltz before the switch was made.
He said the change was "heartbreaking for everybody." He also praised Eric Stoltz's acting style but said that he wasn't capturing the appropriate tone for the fantasy comedy.

Robert Zemeckis and Steve Spielberg discuss Eric Stoltzís aborted attempt at sci-fi comedy in this video, which is a bonus feature included on the Back to the Future: 25th Anniversary Trilogy.
