Are Grits Good For You?

Are cheese grits or just grits in general good for your health or bad?
I work out, run for cardio, and eat a good diet. So here's my question. Are grits good for you or bad for you? I get tired of eating oatmeal all the time. And I know grits are corn-based, but are they bad for me from time to time?

Grits are a good source of iron, thiamin, niacin and folic acid.
They're not necessarily bad for you...but they're not good either.
If you're looking to make serious changes to your body, then grits are probably not the best choice for carbohydrates to go with your breakfast.
Grits are al right. Oatmeal, in comparison, could be said to be healthier, as it's higher in both soluble fiber and insoluble fiber and is also a whole grain. But there's nothing wrong with unflavored grits.
