Cotton bowl 2011 game final score: LSU got a 41-24 victory over Texas A&M at the Cowboys Stadium.

The Tigers never flinched. They settled down defensively in the second half and had one of their most dominant games of the season up front offensively in terms of running the football.

LSU won this game at the line of scrimmage where they simply dominated A&M. The Tigers rushed for 288 yards and continually manhandled the Aggies' front seven.

During the postgame celebration, Miles sang the LSU fight song loud and proud with his players. When asked after that if he'd back next season, there was a pause before Miles responded, "It's a wonderful place. I love it here."

LSU knew what it wanted to do, or needed to do, rather. They did a good job of blocking and was able to run inside and outside.
I hope the Cotton Bowl gets in the BCS rotation as they deserve it.

Texas A&M finished its season as the Big 12's best rush defense, reclaiming the "Wrecking Crew" nickname in the process.
It only seemed like everyone had a season-best offensive day for LSU.
