Snow UK 2010?

It's been snowing now for 2 weeks in the UK, the roads and pavements were icy but they started to get back to normal, then it snowed again. 2010 is full of snow.
Since the snow will probably be staying with us for sometime and we have the rest of winter to go yet I'm thinking about buying some decent boots for the snow.
Do you live in the UK. Have you got any snow?

I live in the UK too.
Snow and freezing temperatures hit large parts of Britain, airports and railway lines are close, and forecasters warned that more snow was on the way. The heaviest hit parts of the country are Scotland and northern UK, although millions of people in London and the south-east woke up to heavy snow after storms spread overnight. Hundreds of schools across the UK have been closed after a snow storm hit parts of the country yesterday. Temperatures have fallen as low as minus 10C (14F) in some areas of the UK and minus 16C in Scotland, with no end in sight to the freezing weather in one of the coldest snaps for a century.

2010 came with a lot of snow.
