Philadelphia Eagles' Game Postponed Due to Snow?

Is it true that the Sunday night's game between the Philadelphia Eagles and Minnesota Vikings at Lincoln Financial Field is going to be postponed due to the snow?
I think it's possible since blizzard conditions could unload up to 20 inches of snow in and around Philadelphia's Lincoln Financial Field. A snow emergency was declared in the city.
If they move the game it is going to be the third straight game the Vikings will move or reschedule because of weather.

If the Eagles game has been postponed, when is it going to take place, is there a date already?
I heard it's going to be played on Tuesday, why not Monday?

The NFL has postponed Sunday night's football game between the Minnesota Vikings and the Philadelphia Eagles due to the impending snowstorm barreling down on the northeastern United States.

The game has been postponed to Tuesday night.
That move could have an impact on next Sunday's Cowboys-Eagles regular season finale.

The game won't be played Monday night in part because the current winter storm warning won't be lifted until Monday afternoon at 1 p.m. ET.

This postponement has to be considered good news for the Eagles starters. Most NFL defenses have had a hard time slowing down Vick, but 20 inches snow certainly could have made it difficult.
