DASH Diet Menu Plan and Recipes?

I am wondering if anyone has tried the DASH Diet and what they thought of it.
What is the DASH Diet menu plan and where can I find recipes for the diet?
I'm looking for feedback on how you liked the diet, did it lower your BP, is the menu plan any good, are the recipes easy to prepare?
Also, are there any side effects possible on the DASH diet that you know of...
