What Does Canada's History Mean?

Did you hear the phrase "Stephen Colbert Canada's History-ed Sarah Palin and Michele Bachmann?"

I heard it and want to know what Canada's History mean. What's the meaning and definition of the phrase?
In this case, what did Stephen do to Sarah and Michele? Is it something funny?
Please help me understand the meaning of Canada's History. In my class all my schoolmates know what it is except me, I have no idea what they're talking about.

Canada's history is the act of covering moose antlers with maple syrup leaving it out overnight and sticking the bug covered antlers into as many orifices as possible while your partner beats you over the head with the Stanly Cup.

That is a way to put it.
Then you're supposed to do a portrait of Queen Elizabeth while listening to Rush or Bryan Adams.

There is 2 ways of doing Canada's History

1 is covering moose antlers with maple syrup and bugs and using it as a strap on while beating the person with the stanly cup.

the 2nd way is to cover the person with maple syrup rolling them in maggots, than cum ming in the stanly cup, and making them drink it as you use the antlers as a dil do
