1800 BST EST?

I heard the 2016 olympic games decision time will be at 1800 BST EST on Friday, 2 October. Is this the real time?

Chicago is the favourite to host the Olympic Games, and the BBC is reporting many commentators are describing the outcome as too close to call.
I can't wait for the decision.

British International Olympic Committee (IOC) member Sir Craig Reedie said, "this is a very, very close race between four outstanding bids. Because the bids are so good, and because it is close, the last few hours are going to be even more exciting than usual".

Four cities across four continents are waiting to hear if they have been chosen to host the 2016 Summer Olympics. Chicago, Madrid, Rio and Tokyo. I guess we'll have to wait until 1800 BST EST on Friday.
