Why Am I Always Tired?

I don't know what's wrong with me, I feel so tired all the time. I sleep literally all day.
When I wake up after sleeping several hour I still feel kind of tired.
Should I worry about this? Why do I feel like this?

Same here. Many medical and psychiatric disorders are accompanied by symptoms of fatigue or reduced activity. It is therefore very important to conduct a thorough clinical examination before attributing such symptoms to chronic fatigue syndrome.

You should consider doing something physical daily. Also, you might want to consider going to a dr. because you could have mononucleosis a.k.a the kissing disease. It's not like a STD thing, but you get it through the air ex. someone sneezing around you or coughing or sharing drinks. It makes you real tired all the time no matter how much you sleep. Feel your gland right under your chin on the side of your neck. If it's swollen, then you probably have mono.

Talk about this with your doctor.
