Shirataki Noodles Nutrition?

Has anyone tried Konjac noodle, shirataki?
How can it be calories free when it has 3 g of carbohydrates? I want to know all the nutrition facts of Shirataki Noodles. Also, where can I buy Shirataki Noodles? They're sure hard to find.

Yes I have tried the Shirataki noodles. I got them at an Asian market, but I have also seen them at Mother's Market. They have different brands- some are made with tofu which are the ones with 40 cals, and some w/o tofu, which are called "Yam noodles" and those have 0 cals!

The only thing bad I have to say is that they were hard to chew. They were soft, but hard to cut with your teeth. I noticed in the instructions they recommend you cut them with scissors before cooking

On the good side, I didn't notice the smell that some people say they notice, they cook fast and almost any sauce goes with them. You would want to use a heavy tomato or creme sauce as butter and cheese probably wouldn't taste good on them.
