Washington Monument Tilting From Earthquake?

Is the Washington Monument tilting from the earthquake in DC?
I recently saw one of the pictures of the Washington Monument and it looks like its leaning to one of its sides.
Is it so vulnerable that the 5.9 magnitude earthquake in Virginia managed to produce tilting in its structure?
Some say that the photos are actually shopped and that the Washington Monument is just fine. Can anyone confirm if its tilting or not from the earthquake?

About half an hour after the 1:51 p.m. earthquake, Fox News reported that it had gotten reports the Washington Monument was tilting.
Then somebody on Twitter published a photo after the earthquake of the Washington Monument leaning and it got spread around by a lot of people.
That's why everyone thought the Washington Monument was tilting when in fact it hasn't been affected by the earthquake at all.
I live in Washington DC and believe me, there is no tilting, the monument is intact and it looks just fine.
