Thanksgiving Grace Before Meal?

my mom is making me say grace before Thanksgiving meal, and i've never done this before.
i'd prefer something short that i can memorize within the hour ?
Anyone have a paticularly moving Grace before Thanksgiving dinner?
Or if you know of a source for a variety of them? i've looked in the bible, but im not all that familar with it, does anyone have a good passage?

It should come to you, you probably have a lot to be thankful for. But for tips:

Dear God, I want to thank you for bringing us together on this special day. Thank you for our wonderful family and the food we have received. In your name I pray, Amen.

Other thanksgiving prayers you can use:

God most provident, we join all creation in raising to you a hymn of thanksgiving through Jesus Christ your son.
For generation upon generation peoples of this land have sung of your bounty; we too offer you praise for the rich harvest we have received at your hands.
Bless us and this food which we share with grateful hearts.
Continue to make our land fruitful and let our love for you be seen in our pursuit of peace and justice and in our generous response to those in need.
Praise and glory to you, Lord God, now and for ever.

Heavenly Father, on Thanksgiving Day
We bow our hearts to You and pray.
We give You thanks for all You've done

Especially for the gift of Jesus, Your Son.
For beauty in nature, Your glory we see
For joy and health, friends and family,
For daily provision, Your mercy and care
These are the blessings You graciously share.
So today we offer this response of praise
With a promise to follow You all of our days.

Happy Thanksgiving!
