White Baby: Black Parents With White Children?

A white baby girl with a mop of blond hair and blue eyes has been born to black parents living in London. How is this possible? I never knew black parents could give birth to white children.
The Christian couple believe there are no whites on either side of their Nigerian families that could have led to the baby's skin color.

Benjamin and Angela Ihegboro's white daughter, Nmachi, has confused genetic experts who are unable to explain why she looks they way she does.
Is the white baby albino? Is that the explanation behind her skin color?

No, the white baby is not albino, her skin color is just white.

UK-born Nmachi Ihegboro was born on Sunday with a full head of blonde-hair and white skin, despite having no known Caucasian ancestry from her Nigerian-born parents.

Geneticist Dr Mark Thomas said the odds of the couple giving birth to a white, non-albino baby were between "many millions to one and a million to one".

There are two potential reasons for the white baby's unexpected appearance: dormant white genes which entered both of her parents' families long ago or a genetic mutation unique to her.

I'm more inclined to say when children are born white and their parents are black, a dormant gene activated and produced the change.
