How do I delete temporary files?

I want to delete all my temporary files from Windows because my hard drive is full.
I know I have lots of internet temp files. Is there a way to delete those files and also all system temporary files?

I know there is a way, I just don't remember how.

This is what you should do in order to get rid of all temporary files:

Click "Start" and then "Run". In the text box write down %temp% or only temp.
A folder with all your temporary files will appear.
Select all files by pressing "Ctrl+A" (or by clicking "Edit" > "Select All") and then hit the delete key. This way you'll be deleting all temporary files from your PC.
