How To Share Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) With My Neighbor?

I have a Wireless Internet connection (Wi-Fi) at home and I'd like to share it with my neighbor who lives next to me.
We tried to connect from his computer with no results, is there something I need to do in my computer in order for him to connect to the Internet?
Maybe the signal doesn't reach him? I really don't that is not the case, because we're too close.

Make sure he has a wireless device that can connect to a wireless network.
Check in your Router Setup Menu if your broadcast power is set to 100%.

You're supposed to have an open network. Or if you want it to be closed, assign him a password.
He also will need to know your Router SSID.
Also, try to connect pointing your router's antenna through a window, this way you'll make sure there's nothing in the way.

I hope this helped.
