Poe Toaster Picture?

What does the Poe toaster exactly do?
The media is talking about a mysterious figure who honors Edgar Allen Poe’s life every year and that this year has failed to show. How did he honor Allen Poe?
What is the identity of the Poe Toaster and where can I see a picture or a video of the guy?

The Poe Toaster is a mysterious visitor who each year leaves roses and cognac at the grave of Edgar Allan Poe on the writer's birthday (today) and this year the Poe Toaster failed to show so everyone is talking about him and whether the guy is dead or just tired of doing the same thing every year.
There is no picture of the guy because he has always kept his identity private.
The Por Toaster is breaking with a ritual that began more than 60 years ago.
The unexplained tradition began in 1949, a century after Poe's death, and has occurred on the author's birthday (January 19) of every year since.
Now a guy called Sam Porpora, has stepped forward and claims to have been the original Poe Toaster, and to have started the tradition as a kind of promotional hoax.

Poe Toaster
I think it is kind of spooky! It sounds like something out of Poe's stories! Who is this masked figure that apears in the night?
