It was announced following the game that Marquis Daniels has a bruised spinal cord and is out indefinitely. He has complete movement of his body, which is outstanding.

Marquis Daniels did give the crowd a thumbs up as he was being carted off, a sign that his condition wasn't so bad.

Daniels collapsed face-first and was motionless, but his eyes were open and he was conscious.

Marquis Daniels sustained a concussion during Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Finals last June on a similar play, ramming into the body of Marcin Gortat.
