2011 Federal Holidays and Observances List?

Where can I find a list of the 2011 federal holidays and observances, what are the dates of all the federal holidays?
Please let me know if there is a 2011 calendar with the holidays included.
During federal holidays, state and federal government employees get the day off with pay.

Today My boss mentioned there is a federal holiday in March 2011. It surprised me since I didn't know there was one on that month. Is it President's Day?

Are all banks closed on federal holidays? What about the post office?

This is the list of public holidays and observances for Federal employees established by Federal law.

Friday, December 31, 2010 - New Year’s Day
Monday, January 17 - Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr.
Monday, February 21 - Washington’s Birthday
Monday, May 30 - Memorial Day
Monday, July 4 - Independence Day
Monday, September 5 - Labor Day
Monday, October 10 - Columbus Day
Friday, November 11 - Veterans Day
Thursday, November 24 - Thanksgiving Day
Monday, December 26 - Christmas Day

Banks and the Post Office usually remain closed on a federal holiday.
As you can see on the list, there is no federal holiday on march, president's day is on February.

Non-essential federal government offices are closed. All federal employees are paid for the holiday.
