Pillsbury Bake Off Winner 2010: Sue Compton?

Sue Compton is having a pretty sweet day. She's a newly minted millionaire, courtesy of her Pillsbury Bake-Off win 2010, announced live Wednesday morning on "The Oprah Winfrey Show."

Her original recipe for Mini Ice Cream Cookie Cups took top honors in the 44th annual contest.

The recipe uses refrigerated cookie dough to make cups that are filled with raspberry jam and ice cream. The rims of the cups are dipped in chocolate and walnuts.

Where can I get her recipe from?

Compton's winning recipe, Mini Ice Cream Cookie Cups, has just seven ingredients: a package of refrigerated sugar cookie dough, sugar, chopped walnuts, chocolate chips, raspberry jam, vanilla ice cream and fresh raspberries, but judges said they were combined "in the most imaginative way possible."

Sue developed the recipe by taking a spin around her local ShopRite, filling her cart with eligible products, then spreading them out on a table at home, grouping them according to compatible flavors and experimenting over a weekend.
