Barack Obama Jobs Openings?

Job openings are at rock-bottom levels, according to government and private surveys.
How does Barack Obama keep a straight face when he claims he is creating/saving jobs? Barack Obama promised an unemployment rate not more than 8.5%. Now is over 10%. What is Obama doing? Does he care?
For the months July to Sept. US economic growth slowed. Currently Unemployment at 10.2 % and climbing. This will definitely affect unemployment.
Why all the Obama attention on his Health Care Plan that is leading fo bankrupcy of the US of A and more unemployment.
Where are the jobs Barack Obama promissed?

You're right about that. Obama is doing a bad job in this area.

Job openings are very low, a trend that could keep the unemployment rate high even as layoffs slow.

Small businesses in particular are reluctant to add workers as they struggle to obtain credit. Many are pushing their current employees to produce more. Economists say small businesses account for about 60 percent of new jobs.

Still, there are some pockets of hiring as demand for information technology and sales professionals grows, according to government reports and job search Web sites. And there are signs that companies are adding more human resources personnel, which could signal more hiring down the road.

I had hoped that Barack Obama would focus on giving employers incentives to expand and hire more people. That hasn't happened.
