How Come I Feel Sick Every Time I Eat?

Every time I eat, and even while I'm cooking, I get a strange feeling in my stomach and I start to feel sick. How come this happens to me all the time? At first I thought it was caused by something else but then I realized that it was the food. Should I see a doctor as soon as possible? I don't know if it's normal to feel sick every time I eat, maybe my body is responding to the food.
Is stress probably one of the main reasons of feeling sick when you eat? Can it be a sign of something more serious?

The most common reason of feeling sick every time you eat is stress. You're probably feeling like this during exams and at School or also when you have a lot of work to do.
It can be caused by something else though, but this is one of the main reasons.
Also one of the causes of feeling sick every time you eat food might be the excessive ingest of junk food that is considered unhealthy for our body. A visit to the doctor is recommended in this case as it is not normal to feel sick every time you eat. This way, you'll disregard any serious illness that you might have.
