Daylight Savings 2010 USA?

When does daylight savings time end in 2010 in the USA? What are the benefits of Day light saving time? It's a pain to keep changing all the clocks.
I'm just curious, I don't know when it starts and ends, I just know it already started and it ends sometime in 2010. And also will you please tell me more details about daylight savings time?

On Sunday, November 7, 2010 at 2 a.m., Daylight Saving Time ends in the United States. It has been going on in North America since March 14 this year.
Every Spring we move our clocks one hour ahead and "lose" an hour during the night and each Fall we move our clocks back one hour and "gain" an extra hour. But Daylight Saving Time (and not Daylight Savings Time with an "s") wasn't just created to confuse our schedules.

Daylight savings was implemented so that farmers could have "more daylight" to farm so that it would improve agriculture. However the benefits of daylight savings are debated.
