Zaat Means..?

Zaat is a horror movie. It's been ranked as the seventh worst movie of all time on one moviegoers website.
I think it is one of those classic movies that is so bad it's good. Where else can you find a half man, half catfish coming out of the St. Johns River?
But what does the word "zaat" mean? What is its significance?

ZAAT is a radioactive walking catfish that was dreamed up by local filmmaker Don Barton and put on film in 1971.

The word zaat, which is not normally used as a woman's name, means 'essence,' 'identity,' or 'self.' Is is an evocative word that appears often
in metaphysical discourse and Islamic mystic texts and leaves considerable scope for interpretation.
