Michelle Obama Offensive Picture?

Google is buying ads to explain why an offensive image of the First Lady is back in its index and ranking so highly on searches for Michelle Obama in Google Image Search.

The Google ad, titled "Offensive Search Results," appears directly over the pictures of the First Lady that show up when users perform a Google Image search for "Michelle Obama."

What was the offensive Picture? Can I see it?

The image comes top of Google Images search results for "Michelle Obama".
Just go to google images, search for michelle obama and the first picture you will see is the offensive picture.
I don't think it's so offensive, I'm used to seeing these kind of pictures all over the internet. Some kid played with Michelle's picture in photoshop.
