Is MSFT a Good Buy?

MSFT has to do something. If you had exchanged your MSFT shares for gold when Ballmer took over, you would be 500% richer today.
MSFT has the most work to do to convert its massive capital expenditures and staffing costs into higher profits. Now it has Windows 7 which is great. Is Microsoft a good buy?

Well it depends if you are looking at the short haul or the long haul, and also depends on your market outlook.

Being a big tech stock, if the overall market is performing well, more then likely MSFT will be too.

From a technical perspective Microsoft is a buy next when it breaks past $29.60, and is a long term sell if it falls below $27.80.
