Washington Monument Leaning?

The Washington Monument may be leaning because of the vibrations caused by the earthquake that struck the country yesterday.
Rocks of the Washington Monument structure were found on the ground after the quake and people who live nearby claim it is leaning to one side.
I thought the Washington Monument was built to support these sort of ground movements.
They just said on TV the monument is OK, that it is not tilting and nothing happened to it. Does anyone know if it is indeed leaning?

There's a crack near the pyramid-shaped tip of the Washington Monument. A helicopter inspection discovered it after the earthquake.
Nobody has confirmed if it's leaning or not.
For now the Washington monument is closed for visitors until they make sure it's safe.
Structural engineers will evaluate the cracks and determine how to repair them before the Monument is reopened.
A picture showed the structure leaning but it can be fake.
According to some news networks, the Washington Monument may be leaning as a result of the earthquake that just hit the area.
