Is January 21 2013 a Holiday?

I wanted to know if January 21st is a Holiday this 2013 or not, because I don't know if we have to go to work. Every year this holiday is changing and that's why I don't know if this 2013 is on January 21st or another day. I like to travel or spend time with friends and I would like to know when we have a free day so I can make some plans. This 2013 January 21st is a holiday, and every year this day changes because is always the third Monday in January. In this holiday we celebrate Martin Luther King's Birthday, and that's why this day is so important. This 2013 we celebrate it in January 21st and it's a Federal holiday so Federal employees don't go to work.
