Carb Cycling For Weight Loss?

Anyone tried "Carb Cycling" for weight loss?
I have been reading a lot the last couple of days about carbohydrate cycling to lose weight. Just want to know what your experiences have been with Carb Cycling? It's referred to by other names, however, it is where you eat low-carb (under 100grams/day) for several days and then up your carbs for a day and back again in a cycle. Has anyone tried carb cycling to get out of a stall?
Does it really help you lose some weight?

I've been doing Carb Cycling for 2 weeks.

I've already lost body fat AND approx 3lbs the first week and 4 lbs this week.
I am impressed by the results and I'm not starving at all...if you are the type of person who needs a schedule, doesn't mind food monotony and only has time for working out 3x a week...PLUS enjoys a cheat day...this is the perfect diet for you.

I was considering trying this just to have a little more flexibility, but I'm having some problems finding specifics. For example, how many days of low carb vs. high? Also, what are the carb counts for the two types of days? Help.
I've heard anything from under 100 g for high days to under 300 g (which seems really high)?
