Problem: Prius Brake Failure?

After all the problems Toyota has had with the gas pedal, now there's a problem with the Prius brakes.
So far there have been 14 complaints about the Prius brakes failure, they don't work effectively as they should. Brakes failures occurred since last July with the new model Prius that started selling in the U.S. in May. They resulted in one accident.
Since I own a Toyota Prius I'd like to know what Prius models are affected and is there going to be a recall to fix the brake problems?

There is still not a recall of the Prius for the brake failure. So far, the Prius is not on the list of models that Toyota is recalling.
Toyota said a software glitch is to blame for braking problems in the 2010 model.
Toyota changed its braking system software in January as part of what it called "constant quality improvements," but did not say what it would do about vehicles manufactured before then.
The reported Prius brake failures, which have caused several crashes and appear to predominantly involve the 2010 model, are another disturbing revelation for an automaker already reeling from the recall of more than 5 million cars and trucks.

Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak complained that his Prius had “unintended acceleration” up to 97 MPH. He said that the problems started several months ago. He was using the cruise control in his Prius to increase his speed when the car accelerated to close to 100 miles per hour on its own.
