BAC 167 Strikemaster Crash in Hudson River Photos?

A BAC 167 Strikemaster, which is a vintage military jet, crashed into the Hudson River in upstate New York.

Rescue workers fear that the pilot of the jet may be dead.
The accident took place at about 1:30 p.m. yesterday near the Kingston-Rhinecliff Bridge, which spans the Hudson River midway between Albany and New York City.
What was the name of the BAC 167 Strikemaster pilot? Are there photos of the jet?

State Police at the scene identified the sole person onboard of the jet as Dr. Michael Faraldi, 38, of Germantown.

The cause of the plane crash is unknown, but it looks like an accident.
The plane is still partially submerged in the water, with its nose believed to be stuck in the mud.
A witness said the jet spun 360 degrees before nosediving into the river.
