Why Does Turkey Make You Fart?

I was wondering one thing.
Why does eating Turkey make you fart? What is it in the meal that has that effect on you?
Is it some sort of chemical or is it just all the turkey's fat that makes you fart?
This came up while talking with my friends, one of my pals said it's beacause of the turkey skin.

turkey makes you fart because it's loaded with ingredients that make you gassy.
It's not just the turkey but all the stuffing that makes you fart, and if you mix it with gassy drinks then you'll fart a lot.
If you don't want to fart eat less turkey and drink less beverage.
