Can Guys Get HPV?

Is it true that guys can also get HPV?
Someone told me guys can be carriers but what does that mean?
I wonder what can happen to a guy that has HPV. Also how do you know if you have it, what are the symptoms?

Uncut guys usually are carries of the human papillomavirus (HPV) which causes cervical cancer in women.
The HPV virus in men can cause health problems, too. HPV can cause genital warts in men, just as in women. There's no test to determine whether or not a man has HPV, but that doesn't mean he doesn't have it.

The Symptoms of HPV in Men: Genital warts are the first symptom you may see with low-risk HPV strains.
