Well, the end of Daylight Savings 2009 should be today October 25, but it’s not, and it could be used everyone in the US, but it is not. You're in California so read carefully. First what states of the USA don’t honor Daylight Savings Time? Arizona, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands and American Samoa. Second, when does it end? November 1, 2009, not today. Legislation switched the date from the last Sunday of October to the first Sunday of November. Finally, when do we repeat this all over again? March 15 begins 2010’s Daylight Savings Time, always starting on the second Sunday in March. When did this all change? On Monday August 8, 2005 President Bush into law a new energy bill. |
